**Administrative Assistant**

We are an outsourced Business Support company that provides the HR Services, IT Support and Accounts/Purchasing Administration for several growing retail brands across Scotland. Due to rapid growth within the Business, we have a requirement for an experienced Full Time Office Administrator to join our expanding team.

This is an exciting role within the business, to directly support the Operational Directors and retail sites with the day to day running of the business and office, providing administrative, accounts and additional duties.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)

**The role involves**:_(but not limited to)_
- Collaborating with the store Managers in the business, to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective.
- Working as a team with the administrative/account’s staff to a high standard.
- Assisting with financial elements such as payroll and bill paying.
- Keeping the Admin web systems up to date by adding documents and information when required.
- Supporting the payroll team with the monthly payroll, by adding/deleting information to our bank system, keeping it updated on a monthly basis.
- Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way.
- Assisting with ordering stock for our companies through our in-house systems - acting as liaison for the suppliers and other businesses.
- Supporting staff on processing purchase invoices, statements and delivery notes.
- Transferring crucial information to out-sourced accountants for End of Quarter/End of Year accounts.
- Daily “End of Day” reconciliations process and ordering system for all sites though our company’s system, NitroPOS.
- Working closely with suppliers and keeping a good rapport with them.
- Supporting the purchase ledger staff collating statements for reconciliations and checks for all suppliers.
- Creating necessary Excel spreadsheet to allow the business to function smoothly.
- Other ad hoc office duties.

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
