**Operations/ Administration Assistant**

**Main Purpose of Role**:
Operations/Administrator Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support and co-ordinating our jobs for operatives and engineers Provide processing accurately all work across various operational platforms and distributing relevant information throughout the business while handling all customer queries in a professional and confident manner.

**Main List of Activities**
- Be first point of contact for the company when answering incoming calls and directing to the correct teams
- Work closely with the Operation Team who have created the works to ensure works are carried out to our exceptional standards
- Tracking of daily diary to ensure operatives and engineers have the correct kit, RAMS and any additional paperwork.
- Chasing purchase orders and supporting paperwork to produce invoices
- Efficiently deal with day-today processing of all quotes, order and supporting documentation on our Construction Manager Software
- General office duties including filing, scanning, laminating, record keeping and other ad-hoc jobs.
- Work closely with the other departments including accounts and head office.
- Ensure that any queries are dealt with quickly and effectively
- Provide additional support other departments as and when required.
- Management of customer portals when issuing sales invoices
- Complete any tasks allocated by the office manager
- Adhere to equipment safety procedures, mandatory use of PPE and safe methods of working

**Skills Required**:
As the Operations/Administrative Assistant, you must have the following skills/competencies:
Essential:

- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high level of accuracy of information through all processes
- Professional and confident at all times
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive can do attitude, confident and polite telephone manner
- Office administration experience
- Able to multi-task and prioritise work load
- Good time keeper
- Have an upbeat and go to attitude
- Good team player and able to work on your own initiative
