We are an outsourced Business Support company that provides the HR Services, IT Support and Accounts/Purchasing Administration for several growing retail brands across Scotland. Due to rapid growth within the Business, we have a requirement for an experienced Full Time Executive Assistant/Business Manager to join our expanding team.
This position directly supports the Operational Directors with the day to day running of the business and office, providing Personal Assistant and Business Administrative duties.

The Role _(but not limited to)_
- Collaborating with Managers in the business, to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective.
- Partnering with Senior Operational staff including the Managing Directors/Managers, to establish and roll-out people-related strategy.
- Monitoring/Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, and/or formal notices of termination.
- Monitoring/leading new starter company inductions.
- Monitoring/Administration of training and development of employees to report back to senior management.
- Assisting with financial elements such as payroll and profit margins.
- Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way.
- Assisting with ordering stock for our companies - acting as liaison for the head buyer, suppliers and other businesses.
- Assisting the Director and Operational Staff with the general running/administration of the retail sites and properties.
- Having general knowledge of the company as a whole, therefore having the ability to trouble-shoot and manage daily challenges.

Salary
£30k+ DOE
40 hours per week - Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm
