Temporary Administrator

Allstaff Office Services require a Temporary Administrator for our client based in Paisley.
This will be on a week to week ongoing basis and hours of work are, Monday to Thursday 0845-1700hrs and Friday 0830-1530hrs.
This role will support both commercial and Sales & Marketing teams.
To assist with Sales and Marketing Admin.
- Provide admin support for sales and marketing dept
- To deliver time critical reporting and maintenance of internal systems (MS platform)
- Support management of sales enquiries inbox
- Help manage filing, dept stationary and orders
- Admin support for Sales Administrator and Marketing Executive specifically
- Help maintain web site, portal and customer communications
To assist with Commercial Admin
- Admin support for Commercial Administrator
- Data input on internal company systems:
- Help maintain contractor portal
- Ad hoc admin as required by the commercial team
Allstaff is operating as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary staff, engaging and paying workers directly and supplying to a client who will manage the worker in the course of their work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
