**What you'll be doing**:

- Maintain and update HR systems.
- Liaise with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth resourcing operations.
- Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and preparing HR reports.
- Help create job adverts and recruitment materials.
- Support global technical staffing and inspector profile management.
- Contribute to HR projects including diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, and process improvement.
- Provide general administrative support across the HR function and business.
