Our client is a renowned food manufacturer based in Corby have the opportunity for an experienced ambitious HR advisor to join their team, you will be working alongside a supportive experienced Head of HR who has excellent plans for companies evolving HRfunction and would love to work with someone to make a forward thinking and smooth HR function

This role will be multi-faceted where no day is the same, you will have the opportunity to implement change and be apart of future plans to make the HR function the best its ever been

What will your day look like?
- You will be apart of the company wide roll out of a new handbook assisting with the contents.
- Building and developing internal relationships to help HR continue to become a people focused function.
- Assist with the development of the HR administrator in the business.
- Processing and investigation of ER issues and absence management.
- Assisting with recruitment where needed.
- Working on HR projects that are based around employee wellbeing and development.
- Assist with the company wide roll out of new policies.
