The COMPANY
Our Northamptonshire-based client is a very well established and sizeable major manufacturer of packaging products. They have 6,400 employees in 70 locations across 20 countries
The ROLE
The successful Internal Account Advisor / Customer Services Advisor will be required to do the following:

- Responsible for general administration and maintenance of HR files HRIS databases and records databases and records.
- Prepare and coordinate all new hire documentation, including Right to Work checks.
- Create adhoc and correspondence regarding the employee life cycle (starters, leavers, changes).
- Guides employees and managers on routine HR queries, with awareness and understanding of HR policies and procedures - escalating as required.
- Maintain holiday and sickness absence records and data.
- Assist HR colleagues with activities, such as onboarding of new recruits.
- Creates presentations and reports on HR metrics.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong HR Administrator with the following experience and attributes:

- An experienced Administrator to join the HR team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave
- Experience of working in a HR department is advantageous.
- Experience working in a fast-paced administrative role is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce and interpret data.
- Working knowledge of basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good general education with minimum GCSE C or equivalent in English and Maths.
