iMultiply are working in partnership with a leading Accountancy Firm to recruit a Business Services Senior Manager/Director into their Edinburgh team.
**The Practice**
One of Scotland’s leading Accountancy Firms with a strong presence in several sectors. The Practice offers a range of services to businesses across Scotland, including several household names. With a dedicated cloud accounting team, the Firm is well placedto guide its clients through digital changes in the profession.
**The Role**
A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Qualified Accountant looking to progress and develop in a supportive environment. The position offers an interesting mix of statutory and management accounting. However, there is also the opportunity to offer advisoryservices including planning, strategic advice and cloud accounting.
**Day-to-day you will be responsible for;**
- Managing and taking ownership of a portfolio of clients
- Building strong relationships with your clients through regular contact and meetings
- Reviewing the work of assistants and seniors
- Developing the team, providing feedback and acting as a role model
- Identifying opportunities for additional fees including cross-selling
- Supporting the leadership team with business development
- Working closely with other internal departments to ensure a coordinated and consistent service
- Monitoring workflow and budgets
**To be considered for the role you will ideally have;**
- A professional accountancy qualification, ACCA/ICAS or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years post qualified experience
- A proactive approach
- A desire to provide a high level of client service
- Strong relationship building skills
