We are pleased to assist our client with their new position within the company due to growth and expansion for an Office Administrator.

- Some of the duties are to include:
- Walking new clients through our on-boarding processes;
- Client onboarding process and checks
- Assisting with enquires about any of our services;
- Ensure office & clients meet all compliance requirements, including Health & Safety
- Open and log the post on a daily basis
- Keeping CRM system up to date with client information including name/addresses etc
- Create new clients on internal software
- Company incorporations
- Management and submission of confirmation statements without missing deadlines
- Updates to confirmation statements (not shares) where necessary
- Dis-incorporations
- Disengagement Letters
- Chasing accounts
- Chasing tax returns
- Supporting invoicing and chasing for late payments;
- Logging of proposals
- Letter writing on behalf of the team
- Sending Tax year overviews and computations to clients when requested
- Implementing and tracking of internal KPIs (Google reviews, client turnover etc)
- Develop and implement new administrative systems/processes to drive efficiencies and automate where possible;
- Assisting with other ad hoc Administration tasks and Business Development activities
- Communicating with internal teams
- Office Stationery ordering management
- Keeping the office tidy
- Assist with future recruitment
