Do you have a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy administration and working as part of a tight knit small team? Then this role might be for you, working as a Customer Support Administrator you will become an integral part of the business, ensuring a smooth,timely and accurate customer order process

**The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to**:

- First point of contact for customers
- Manage all customer queries
- Input sale orders / quotations
- Monitor orders and deliveries
- Build relationships with and manage key accounts
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are on track
- Manage general customer service inbox
- Provide support to external sales team members with requests for information or samples.

**Key Skills and Experience for the Customer Service Administrator**:

- Strong communicator with excellent telephone manner
- A flexible work approach
- Ability to work within a small team
