**Hours**: Monday to Friday between 9:00am until 5:00pm
**Pay**:£12.82 - £15.82 per hour (DOE)
**Location**: Coventry
**Start Date**: Immediate Start
**Role and Responsibilities include**:
- Provide efficient administrative support to all sales and support staff
- Updating and maintaining product data and associated information
- Maintenance of online customer spread sheets
- Effective screening of incoming calls
- Processing customer orders
- Effective handling of customer returns and complaints
- Planning deliveries and collections
- Processing paperwork such as dispatch notes and invoices
- Updating and maintaining the company's website
- Updating and maintaining order forms and pricing
- Prepare staff and stock for trade shows
- Opening new customer accounts
- Managing key accounts to improve customer service and sales
- Invoicing and chasing of overdue payments
- Assessing sales figures to decide the future of products and ranges
- Taking card payments
**Skills / Requirements needed**:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal skills including oral and written
- The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Professional self-presentation
- A willingness to learn
- Enthusiastic approach to all tasks undertaken
- Willing to work independently and as part of a team
- Very good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Experience in Sage 200 (advantageous)
