**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our busy Finance Department based at our Queensferry site for a Legal Administrator.
Once all avenues of Debt Collection have been exhausted, you will be the next stage in the Debt Recovery process to review files for Litigation.

Working as part of a large team you will be expected to provide cover for sickness and holidays in Doubtful Debt team.

**Role Responsibility**
- Providing legal instructions to solicitors for County Court Action
- Liaising with Doubtful Debt Controllers when queries are raised
- Making contact with debtors to facilitate payment plans prior to Legal action
- Liaising and instructing Solicitors on Debt recovery
- Maintaining Legal Ledger and process Insolvency claims
- Calculate provisions each period for outstanding and doubtful debt

**You will need**

Experience in Debt Collection and Litigation Process is essential.
Excel based reconciliation are a key requirement of this role, therefore strong excel skills are a must.
