**RESPONSIBLE TO**: Team Leader
**PLACE OF WORK**: NES Ops Centre
**SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB**
To provide the highest standards of customer service and professionalism always.
**TIMES OF WORK**
8-hour shifts between the times of 7am to 7pm decided on operational requirements. The shifts will be 5 days a week between Monday to Friday, which equates to 37.5 hours per week contractually. However, weekend and bank holiday working may be introduced in future, depending on operational requirements.
**HOURLY RATE**
£10 per hour
**TERMS OF THE ROLE**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Main Purpose of the Role**
To provide professional and administrative support to our employees and liaise with clients on enquiries as and when required.
**Administration tasks include**:
- Quality assuring Fixed Penalty Notices and CCTV body camera footage
- Ensuring reminder and final chance letters are posted daily
- Ensuring representations are investigated and responded to in accordance with our policy
- Verifying payments and ensuring they are added to the system
**Legal duties include**:
- Preparing prosecution packs and sending to offenders/clients/courts
- Recording results
- Ensuring cases are prosecuted in line with relevant timelines
**FLEXIBILITY**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 3 years (required)
- Legal: 1 year (preferred)
