**Position Overview**

We are looking for a detail-oriented Client and Programme Partner with excellent communication skills to join our team. You will help us develop effective client relationships whilst project managing the delivery of excellent programmes which meet the client’s needs and grows our brand, programmes and mission. You will be working in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure our clients (often Very Senior and at the Executive level) receive the best possible service.

**Essential main job functions**:
Project and programme management
- Creating a project and programme plans that meet client needs and expectations.
- Managing project timelines and milestones in partnership with events, learning, content and communications teams.
- Acting as hosts for client events, ensuring participants are welcomed and cared for throughout.
- Developing and managing programme budgets and forecasts - ensuring programmes are delivered on time and on budget.

Client and account management
- Building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Providing regular, meaningful updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analysing and acting on client feedback to improve programmes and services.
- Identifying and signpost new opportunities to expand or add value to programmes with existing clients as well as opportunities for cross-selling
- Ensuring the retention of clients in line with KPIs
- Ensure the CRM systems are maintained up-to-date for relationship management and business development purposes.

**Day-to-day activities will include**:
In this role you will be primarily for the following programmes:

- This role will largely focus on building relationships with the programme partners and executing our relationship management strategy for the Flagship programmes (and all associated activities e.g. calls/focus groups/retention/retention tracking et)
- The role will also support all aspects of programme management including programme management plans, action tracking, supporting programme management boards etc.

Experience/qualifications required:
You will be able to work at a fast pace with previous experience overseeing the delivery of multiple projects to different clients. Attention to detail is key for this position and you will have previous experience with careful planning and execution in addition to proofreading documents and presentations.

As you will be working in collaboration with internal stakeholders and our clients you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are a small, growing and talented team so looking for a dedicated team player who will be highly collaborative.

You may currently be working as Client Relationship Manager, Client Partnerships Manager, Account Manager, Programme Manager or Project Manager
