**Diversity and Inclusion Programme Manager**
Hybrid working, 2 days in the office

**Salary**: £30,000-£40,000
Moving Ahead is a specialist inclusion, diversity and development organisation dedicated to advancing workplace inclusion. Founded in 2014 by Liz Dimmock, a social entrepreneur who wanted to bring her leadership, development and consultancy experience to bringabout positive workplace change. To date, we have reached more than 35,000 individuals across more than 300 organisations.
We have three core pillars to our work and how we create change.
- Design and delivery of structured mentoring programmes; both cross-company and internal
- Design and delivery of development programmes (inclusive leadership, women’s development, keynotes and masterclasses)
- Research and consultancy - partnering with organisations in how to effective long-standing systemic change.

Our key clients include: Google, The Guardian, Tesco, Santander, The Armed Forces, Mastercard, EY, The London Stock Exchange, Cisco, Phoenix Group, TSB and the NHS.
We are looking for a detail oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our team to help us develop effective client relationships whilst project managing the delivery of excellent programmes which meet the client’s needs and grows our brand, programmes andmission. You will be working in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure your clients receive the best service. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Project and programme management**:

- Creating project and programme plans that meet client needs and expectations.
- Managing project timelines and milestones in partnership with events, learning, content and communications teams.
- Acting as hosts for client events, ensuring participants are welcomed and cared for throughout.
- Developing and manage programme budgets and forecasts - ensuring programmes are delivered on-time and on-budget.

**Client and account management**:

- Building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Providing regular, meaningful updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analysing and acting on client feedback to improve programmes and services.
- Identifying and signpost new opportunities to expand or add value to programmes with existing clients as well as opportunities for cross selling
- Ensuring the retention of clients in line with KPI’s
- Ensure the CRM systems are maintained up-to-date for relationship management and business development purposes.

**About you**
You will be able to work at a fast pace with previous experience overseeing the delivery of multiple projects to different clients. Attention to detail is key for this position and you will have previous experience with careful planning and execution in additionto proof-reading documents and presentations.
As you will be working in collaboration with internal stakeholders and our clients you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
