The Investment20/20 Programme

We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted be recruiting for a number of 12 month placements across the business. You’ll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.

These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers, college leavers, graduates and non-graduates. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you

What are we looking for?

As a Content Marketing Trainee at Invesco, you will be the engine that drives efficiencies and effectiveness across the EMEA and NA Content team. You will coordinate and optimise team trackers spreadsheets, processes, analytics and support various projects and coordinate team meetings. You will work closely with the three directors across the NA and EMEA Content team and face off with multiple other senior stakeholders across marketing.

You will be involved in:
- Documenting, maintaining and evolving as required the content team’s Miro boards and resources.- Planning and coordinating multiple content team meetings and their agendas, including, but not limited to, the monthly content team meeting and the quarterly EMEA content and events call.- Supporting the team with ad hoc projects and content strategy as required, including content competitor analysis, analytics and content best practices.- Owning and evolving as needed the team’s content calendars and trackers across EMEA and NA, ensuring the team are using them as required.

What do we need from you?- Competent in using Microsoft programs, in particular, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to work effectively with diverse teams- A passion for content marketing and/or copywriting desirable but not essential- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

- We are unable to accept industry placement year students onto this programme- We require all applicants to have the right to work in the UK until at least January 2027- The assessment process will include:

- CV Review
- Video Interview (containing both video and written questions)
- Final Interview- Start date of the programme: October 2025- Salary: £26,500 per annum
