Content and Social Media Executive

**Requirements**:
- Support the Social Media Manager in the day-to-day operations of all social media channels, tailoring content for diverse channel and audiences.
- Design and implement creative social media strategies to broaden our brand reach and engagement.
- Plan, schedule and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Meltwater, Asana, and Meta business.
- Create, edit and coordinate engaging social first video content with the support of the social media manager and content team across multiple social platforms.
- Manage social media communities by responding to posts, messages, comments and developing discussions.
- Monitor, track, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Meltwater and Facebook Insights.
- Continually optimise content to encourage community interaction and engagement.
- Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques to improve measurement of social media activity.
- Analyse competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase performance.
- Foster cross-team and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Supporting the Bremont marketing team’s social priorities and working on brand events generating engaging social content.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging video trends and culture, whilst engaging with the wider digital creative community.
- Ensure all work is executed with creative flair and to the required brand standards and guidelines.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Impeccable time management, able to manage multiple projects at once and communicate clearly on progress and delivery.
- Diligent and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - often with tight deadlines.
- Excellent understanding of all major social media platforms (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and familiarity with their respective algorithms, best practices, audiences and business accounts.
- Strong knowledge of short form videography.
- Experience editing in-app content for Meta and TikTok.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Meltwater, Hootsuite, Asana, and Later).
- Able to curate social media content plans in line with wider brand marketing and product plans.
- Videography experience - both filming and editing (Camera, iPhone or equivalent.)
- Lighting knowledge - a sound grasp on the basic concepts of lighting.
- Experience in luxury/premium content, desired but not essential.
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro desirable.
- Experience with Meta Insights, and other analytics tools such as Meltwater.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including outside regular office hours when required, to support social media campaigns and community management.
- Creative thinker, with a passion in digital marketing and media.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive and upbeat team player who can focus on the customer experience.
- Has a ‘can do’, problem-solving attitude.

Work Environment
- 37.5 Hours a week, Monday - Friday, weekend and evening work required for key events and specific times of the year as necessary.

- Working autonomously and in a team of 2
