- Ability to work independently, effectively and proactively with little to no supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of the Keap CRM system would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead a programme of onboarding calls for new clients via Zoom.
- To build ongoing relationships with clients and deal with all customer enquiries.
- Posting and engaging with our members within our private groups.
- Contact clients to ensure attendance on upcoming live and online events.
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved in all areas of interaction.
- Proactively contacting clients to ensure smooth interaction with the product delivery.
- Maintaining a clean database of customer information.
- Requesting client feedback and passing details onto the Programme manager or sales team to improve the organisation’s offerings.
- Escalating enquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary.
- Work with the team to meet Customer service targets consistently.
- Maintaining customer service policies and procedures.

Working hours will be 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.
