You will be operating the most exciting, latest leading drinks manufacturing equipment, not only in the South West but across the UK We have also recently invested £20million to take us to the next level so we are looking for new operatives to join our team to contribute to the future success of Refresco.

Refresco Bridgwater is conveniently based within walking distance of Bridgwater Town Centre and just off the M5 at Junction 23. **About the role**

We have a variety of continental shift patterns, all shifts include 12 hour days and nights.

**What are your daily tasks as a Multi-skilled Process Operative?**
- Operate standard Process machinery - full training provided.
- Making up of products manually as well as automated
- Ensure the effective running of the Process Plant and successfully delivering product to the Production area.
- Off-loading of tankers and receiving of raw materials into the Process area.
- Complete quality checks, accurately record results, reporting any non-conformances.
- Ability and behaviours to work to strict guidelines and standards.
- Basic sampling of products and materials through the use of lab testing equipment.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that your area and the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide process targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

- 24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern. Average of 42 hours per week. **£27,377.31 per annum including shift allowance.**
