**About the Role**
- **Multiskilled Warehouse Operative**
- **£31,583.78 including shift allowance**
- **24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, 12 hour shifts, day and nights. Average - 42 hours per week**
- **Permanent**

As a **Multiskilled Warehouse Operative **you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes.

**Your main tasks and duties will be**:

- Handle pallets of materials and process them using ERP/WMS.
- Operate various MHE including Very Narrow Aisle, counterbalance, reach trucks, etc.
- Conduct regular stock checks and oversee returns.
- Minimize waste and promote recycling efforts.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, support audit readiness, and contribute to team and company targets.

**For the role of Multiskilled Warehouse Operative we are looking for**:

- Prioritise accuracy and attention to detail in daily tasks.
- Embrace learning opportunities, including basic engineering and quality tasks.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while collaborating in a team environment.
- Demonstrate confidence in proposing new ideas and suggestions.
- Adapt comfortably to working towards targets, with FMCG experience preferred but not required.
