About The Role

• Multiskilled Production Operative
• £35,209.94
• 24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, including 12 hours shifts, days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week.

As a
Multiskilled Production Operative,
you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes.

Your main tasks and duties will be:

• Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
• Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
• Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
• Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

About You
For the role of Multiskilled Production Operative we are looking for:

• Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
• Be open to learning new things as you can be involved in basic engineering and quality tasks.
• Be positive and energetic and enjoy working in a team.
• Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
• Be comfortable working to targets.
• Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment – preferred but not essential
