- **£33,261.67**
- **24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, including 12 hours shifts, days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week.**

As a **Multiskilled Production Operative, **you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes.

**Your main tasks and duties will be**:

- Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
- Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
- Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

**For the role of Multiskilled Production Operative we are looking for**:

- Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
- Be open to learning new things as you can be involved in basic engineering and quality tasks.
- Be positive and energetic and enjoy working in a team.
- Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
- Be comfortable working to targets.
- Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment - preferred but not essential
