**Refresco the world’s largest independent drink’s bottler, manufacturer of some of the world’s best known brands is currently seeking Multi-skilled Production and Process Operatives or our factory in Bridgwater, Somerset, conveniently based within walking distance of Bridgwater Town Centre and just off the M5 at Junction 23.**
**About the role**
As a Multi-skilled Production and Process Operative you do not need any experience as full training will be provided, we want to help you grow and develop your expertise. You will learn from and work with experts from a world class drink’s manufacturer. We want this to be the start of a long Refresco career for you.
At our Bridgwater site, we have a variety of continental shift patterns, all shifts include 12 hour days and nights.
**What are your daily tasks as a Multi-skilled Production and Process Operative?**
- Operate standard machinery - full training provided.
- Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
- Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

- 24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern. Average of 42 hours per week. **£27,369.56 per annum including shift allowance**
