Since 1944 AD Construction Group has rapidly expanded its services that it offers, in line with its client base and its reputation. AD carries out a complete range of decorating, building and repair works across London, Kent, and Southeast England.

With working hours being solely weekdays, as well as having both bank holidays and Christmas off, AD allows for an excellent work and family life balance.

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to join of our busy, close-knit, teams working in **South London.**

**The Role**

The Role of a CSR is to effectively communicate with residents, from a variety of backgrounds, while works are being carried out.

Due to the nature of your role, your time will be split between being on site and being at the office, either head office or a site office.

**Main Duties**
- Preparing correspondence to cover issues such as access, delay in works, change/adding works and resolving issues,
- Attending coffee mornings with a Foreperson to discuss planned works,
- Collecting KPI’s in the form of booklets upon works completion, and logging the results on an excel spreadsheet,
- Arranging appointments for painters and subcontractors, where necessary,
- Building good relationships with the residents

**Person Specification**
- Strong face-to-face customer service experience - CSR experience is not essential
- Good communicator, both oral and written
- Able to adapt to a variety of different people
- Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents
- Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
- Basic IT knowledge

**Additional Information**
- A DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the companies expense
- Salary: £23,000 - £27,500
- Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
- Holiday, plus bank holidays and Christmas off
- Eligible to work in the UK
