With particular focus on investment and finance business and working with experienced advisors operating within the ultra-high net worth sector; you will offer proactive support to ensure ongoing compliance whilst helping to develop the business. This isvery much a 'hands on’ role that will include training and coaching; monitoring KPIs; addressing any issues; supporting development; working with the business to find compliant solutions and looking to add value.
This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your existing knowledge of Private banking to the benefit both the advisers and business quality. In addition to your in-depth technical knowledge (at least level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning qualified) and previousT&C experience within the Life & Pensions sector (preferably with an investment bias), you will need to demonstrate strong Excel skills as well as possessing a professional manner, an infectious enthusiasm and the ability to influence and coach.
