**Training & Competence Supervisor (Mortgages) - London**

Our client, A market leading, prestigious real estate brand, needs little introduction, they deliver a diligent approach and quality service for which they are renowned throughout the world, helping finance private and commercial property transactions.

You will base yourself from our clients prestigious, state of the art HQ in London which boasts a rooftop terrace overlooking London, subsidised Cafeteria, a gym, onsite GP & Dentist, A variety of client meeting rooms and much more

The role will require the person to work closing with the Sales management team and Advisers, to ensure they are achieving their T&C requirements and, reporting and identifying any risk to the business.

Responsibilities include:

- Remedial actions are completed within T&C deadlines
- Ensuring Advisers are adhering to TCF rules
- Supporting advisers meeting CAS standards
- Certification of advisers
- Training & Development
- Delivery in Induction Course
- Assist new mortgage adviser through the journey to be CAS signed off
- Assisting mortgage advisers with maintaining Continued Professional Development (CPD).
- Completing mortgage adviser’s observations.
- Mortgage advisers 1:1 T&C reviews
- Identified learning from file reviews and observation to mortgage advisers
- Delivery/schedule annual mandatory training workshops
- Delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on T&C issues to line manager.
- Meeting departments heads monthly to review mortgage advisers file checks.
- Observations completed and actions followed up
- Identify and report any potential risk to the Head of Governance.

**Skills required**:

- Sales & T&C experience is essential within a FCA regulated Mortgage & Protection environment
- Must have full CeMAP (Or equivalent)
- Able to demonstrate the good quality communication
- Organised and methodical in approach
- Must be able to demonstrate a collaborative and values led approach
- Personable and engaging personality
- Must have demonstrable experience of compliance
- May have relevant experience in working within a team
- Experience of working with a customer database

**On offer**:
Up to £45k basic salary + Bonus + Benefits

Discretionary annual bonus based on company performance and approval
