**Training & Competence Manager (Mortgages) - London**

Our client is an award-winning, HNW Property Finance Broker with an outstanding reputation throughout London (And other parts of the UK). They are also a 'Women in Finance Charter’ signatory.

The team are a combination of Residential, Specialist Finance and Insurance professionals that provide a bespoke service to their clients to secure funding on an array of different cases including residential clients, commercial property developers, businessowners and landlords.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring Advisers are adhering to TCF rules
- Supporting advisers meeting CAS standards
- Certification of advisers
- Training & Development
- Delivery of Induction
- Assist new mortgage advisers through the journey to reach CAS status.
- Assisting mortgage advisers with maintaining Continued Professional Development (CPD).
- Completing mortgage adviser’s observations.
- Mortgage advisers 1:1 T&C reviews
- Identified learning from file reviews and observation to mortgage advisers
- Delivery/schedule annual mandatory training workshops
- Delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on T&C issues to line manager.
- Meeting departments heads monthly to review mortgage advisers file checks.
- Observations completed and actions followed up

**Skills required**:

- Sales & T&C experience is essential within a FCA regulated Mortgage & Protection environment
- Must have full CeMAP (Or equivalent)
- Able to demonstrate the good quality communication
- Organised and methodical in approach
- Must be able to demonstrate a collaborative and values led approach
- Personable and engaging personality
- Must have demonstrable experience of compliance
