My Client with an office based in London are seeking a E-Rostering Specialist (Medical Staffing) on an initial 3 month contract basis with (37.5 hours a week, flexible working) paying £220-£229 per day.
**Job Summary**
Following an extensive procurement, due diligence and business case process, the Trust has confirmed its partnership with Allocate for the supply of workforce deployment systems for the medical workforce. It is vital to the organisational development of medicalstaffing and having transparent processes for the co-ordination of our medical teams, without which the Trust cannot function effectively.
The purpose of this post is to provide effective project management to ensure the development of a robust, sustainable e-rostering service model that meets the Trusts requirements. A key focus of this work will be coordinating inputs from stakeholders and thesystems supplier. The post holder is also responsible for improving the clinical engagement for job planning as this is a key component for e rostering.
**Experience and Knowledge**
Essential:

- Supervisory experience
- Experience of delivering against internal / external SLAs
- Systems administration experience
- Experience of using Allocate HealthRoster
- Experience of working in a customer service / helpdesk environment
- Experience of training design and delivery
- Knowledge of medical job plan elements

Desirable:

- Experience of database management
- Experience of using Allocate SafeCare
- Experience of using Allocate HealthMedics
- Experience of database management

**Training and Qualifications**
Essential:

- Educated to HR / business / systems degree level or equivalent academic standard, or equivalent experience
- Evidence of post qualifying and continuing professional development
- ECDL or Microsoft Office Specialist qualification, or equivalent experience

Desirable:

- Allocate Academy training & accreditation
- CIPD qualified / accredited or equivalent experience
- PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification and experience
