Venn Group is currently working with an NHS Trust, based in London, who are recruiting for an E-Rostering Specialist to join their team.

**Rate: £19.01 PAYE**
**Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days working from home)**

**IR35 Status: Inside**

**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for effective day to day management of medics rostering to ensure development and implementation of robust and sustainable medics rostering services that meets Trusts requirement
- Engage with major internal/external stakeholders and system suppliers and senior clinicians to ensure appropriate coordinating inputs
- Lead implementation projects and ensure right infrastructure and policies to facilitate smooth roll out of rostering for medical staff
- Provide expert advice, trouble-shooting, fault-finding and resolution for a range of complex issues that impact robust use and management of e-Rostering systems
- Analyse complex rostering requirements, data dependencies and configuration needs to ensure e-rosters configurations will work smoothly and accurately
- Make amendments to existing staff details alongside new starters
- Previous experience working in an E-Rostering position
- Extensive project implementation and business as usual experience ideally with Medics staff group
- Experience on building roster configuration with activity managers for consultants
- Good health roster/e-rostering systems support experience
- NHS/healthcare experience
