Driven by expansion and growth, Buchanan Staffing Group is looking for a creative and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join it’s exciting and fast-paced industry. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial part inevolving and delivering the firm's digital strategy, driving a digital-first approach to marketing and shaping its online digital presence.

Based in a well-located central London office and offering flexible working, you will be working with similar like-minded and creative individuals where the company culture is thoughtful, challenging and supportive.

As a Senior Digital marketing Specialist you will:

- Create, plan and manage the firm's digital marketing campaigns on the website, social media, SEO, CRM automation and plug-ins as well as other digital marketing platforms
- Have ownership over the delivery of the firm's website, including devising and maintaining best-practice procedure and overseeing day to day content
- Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns and communication plans and implement and track across channels
- Use analytic tools to measure performance to meet evolving digital needs including microsites, industry-leading recruitment platforms, social media, digital advertising and SEO
- Manage and develop the digital team and external agencies to successfully deliver key campaigns and projects

**Requirements**:

- Strong digital marketing background and experience within professional services, ideally law as well as the graduate marketplace
- Outstanding experience working with social media platforms for business, particularly LinkedIn and TikTok
- Experience of managing and delivering videos
- Experience of producing podcasts to be able to manage and deliver the firm's podcast schedule
- Confident team player, able to work well and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Energetic personality with a professional, client service focused approach
- Have a pro-active finger on the pulse of new digital technologies, trends and best practices in digital marketing mediums
