Working as a Team Lead at Precis, you will get the opportunity to lead cutting-edge projects for some of the biggest brands around. You will play a critical role in building relationships and developing media strategies for a number of key clients whilst supporting and developing a team of high-performing digital specialists. Your clients and colleagues will look to you for inspiration, ideas, product knowledge, and a passion for taking things to the next level in digital marketing.
To succeed in this role you will have excellent project management and communication skills; be able to coordinate with people of different seniority and skill sets; and influence our clients with strong presentation and story-telling skills. You’ll have a knack for seeing the big picture and connecting the dots along the way, whilst being comfortable getting stuck into the details. You’ll be able to motivate and develop people with different levels of experience, from entry-level to senior digital specialists.

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Leading a team of 5+ people.
- Develop and support them to enhance their progression, the work they deliver to our clients and to enable them to have an impact internally.
- Ensure high-quality work and high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with our clients to surface quality data-led insights and build digital strategies that will help them succeed.
- Continuously learn and master the latest technologies and advances in our industry.
**KEY SKILLS**:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Deep knowledge of one or more paid marketing channels.
- Proven track record developing high-performing teams.
- Experience in managing and leading complex, performance-oriented marketing strategies and an ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, technical and numerical skills, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Sheets/Excel and DataStudio. Coding experience is a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- (preferred) Good working knowledge of Google Analytics.
**Salary**: £53,000.00-£68,000.00 per year
