This role in based within the call centre and the main duties will include:
- Answering the telephone to a variety of people and either being able to deal with their enquiry or direct them to the relevant department.
- Processing and resolving claims for debit notes.
- Raising goods returns notes, liaising with 3rd party transport and chasing the collection and return of goods.
- Some spreadsheet and word processing work will be required.
- Order input.
- Proactive telephone marketing / telesales with customers.
- Information gathering and distribution from contract based enquiries into the call centre.
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
