The key responsibilities for an Accounts Assistant will include:

- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
- Managing invoice finance credit lines and bank payments accurately and timely
- Maintaining financial records and ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly bank accounts
- Reconciling bank statements
- Manage credit controller
- Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent customer service

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

- Previous experience dealing with the full invoice process
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
