**The Albatross Group** which has been the leading wholesale partner for group travel and tourism packages throughout the UK since 1985. Our purpose is to treat everyone who travels with us like an individual we genuinely care about and with that in mind we established **Success Retreats** and **Magari Tours** a new customer facing group leisure touring brand. Tours will be aimed at the discerning UK traveller looking for experiential, off the beaten track tours with a sustainability and focus on local culture, history and cuisine.
**Role Overview**
Working as one team directly with the Head of Success Retreats, General Manager of Magari Tours and supported by the Director of Operations ensuring our client journey is efficient, whilst providing exceptional service for clients and suppliers. It involves responsibility and ownership of operating all tours under the Success Retreats and Magari Tours brand including all administrative duties, whilst keeping customer service and the client experience at the heart of all we do.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Be competent with our 2 booking systems & ensure all systems are always up to date for each tour and retreat
- Own the quote process for selected tours
- Answer phone calls from direct customers or travel agents, answering their queries or taking bookings on our sales system.
- Research, source, book and manage flight seat deposit and final balance deadlines.
- Booking coaching & guide requirements for each tour where required
- Investigate itineraries are possible during quote stage e.g., opening times, travel times etc.
- Assessing and checking future tours, to ensure that all tour/supplier deadlines are met and that all bookings are made and costed correctly
- Have regular updates with suppliers, clients & agents: sales updates /queries /minimise the cancellation of tours & maximise the loadings
- Delivering all passenger documents including ATOL certificates and welcome packs
- Supporting Magari Tours General Manager with ad hoc marketing support requests from selected Travel Agents
- Demonstrates the Albatross Way daily
- Be part of the “24hr helpline” phone rota & assist with any client queries outside of working hours

**Albatross Benefits**

This is a full-time role, initially based in our office in Larkfield, Kent. Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
**Salary**: £24,500.00 per year
