**About the role**

You will be working within the school's additional provision for students who have an EHCP statement of Autism. They may have needs in areas of speech and language, social communication and development, behaviour or sensory sensitivity or attention deficits.You will help teachers to effectively deliver lessons and students to engage with them and interact with peers. You will get hands on in play based learning and helping students to learn independence. You will work with a class teacher and 2 other teachingassistants in the class.

**About the school**

This is a medium sized mixed mainstream primary school based in Arnos Grove, with an additional resource provision for students with an EHCP of Autism. They are committed to providing children with the tools they need to become successful learners and citizensof tomorrow. They teach their children to be resilient and have strength of character in order to positively contribute to society and empower our children to grow and develop their minds and opinions each day. Children are given opportunities to learn bothinside and outside of the classroom through our work with the local community and educational visits. Through the curriculum and wide range of enrichment activities they are able to provide children with a well-rounded school experience which is exciting andfun. Staff and children love to come to school and learn together there.
