A fantastic specialist school in **Enfield, north London** has three incredible **SEN Teaching Assistant** vacancies for ASAP, long-term starts

The roles will see the successful SEN Teaching Assistants working alongside the Class Teachers and various Therapists to ensure the students, aged between 11-18 years of age, receive the highest possible standard of academic, social, and emotional educationwhile at the school.

- SEN Teaching Assistants x3
- **Competitive rate of pay at £85.00-£90.00 per day, plus a healthcare discount package**:

- Working with secondary aged students - KS3-KS4
- Students with needs such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Behavioural Challenges, Speech & Language Delay
- Start: ASAP, long-term, with the possibility of a permanent school contract
**- Based within Enfield, north London**:

- Excellent public transport links and car parking available if required

These full-time and long-term SEN Teaching Assistant roles come with the distinct possibility of being converted to a permanent school contract for the SEN Teaching Assistants who add value, work hard and are willing to learn and develop their SEN skillset throughout the initial long-term placement.

The Head teacher is passionate about training all SEN Teaching Assistants, both Graduates and non-Graduates to the highest possible standards. The school is also open to the possibility of eventually progressing graduate SEN Teaching Assistants through toSEN Teacher Training, should the need arise.

The students will have a main 'presenting’ need of moderate to quite severe Autism, as well as often additional complex needs such as ADHD, Dyslexia, behavioural challenges, and some disabilities. Some personal care duties may be required.

The students generally respond well to a calm and organised environment, and interact successfully with patient, compassionate, dedicated, and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants who are very much there with a long-term mindset.
