The Internal Services Accessibility Review Project (ISAR) is part of Chief Digital and Information Officer Group (CDIO) and sits in Mobility and Workplace Services (MWPS).
CDIO are committed to ensuring our Internal IT Services are accessible to all. As the PMO and Communications Manager you will have the opportunity to drive forward our ambition for HMRC to be the exemplar for accessibility and Assistive Technology across all Government Departments.
Over the length of the project, we will focus on analysis of HMRC’s Internal Service against Accessibility Standards through stringent Accessibility Testing.
We will provide robust data/information and strong justification for remediation of HMRC Internal Services to improve accessibility where appropriate.

**Person specification**:
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leadership, management and support of the PMO team and wider support of the Project team.
- Transformational project and change governance including;
- Overseeing effective planning, prioritisation and organisation of work to agreed standards and timelines, reacting to changes as they evolve.
- Ensuring the Project is aligned to HMRC Change Governance and End to End Lifecycle.
- Development and delivery of Project Communications Strategies.
- Gathering data/information from a wider range of sources to deliver high quality output reports to a varied range of Stakeholders up to Director level.
- Completion of Programme/Project documentation to support financial approval e.g. Benefits Management, Business Cases.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key Project Stakeholders through effective and timeous engagement.
- Essential Criteria:
- Experience of governance in a PMO.
- Desirable Criteria:
- PPM qualification e.g. Agile, Prince, P30.**Behaviours**:

Team members that are moving offices as a result of the Locations Programme will be entitled to a Moves Adjustment Payment for three years where they incur additional costs. This is calculated based on the difference between the costs of travelling to and from the new and old office, over a weekly period.
