The role is to manage and provide operations support to our Data department in data retrieval and report generation for transmission to customers and management.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Responsible for managing the Data Team and ensuring the department performs effectively.
- Ensure Daily, Weekly & Monthly Transaction reports are created, checked & submitted to the relevant parties.
- Accurately analysis the submission of client reports.
- Update and maintain new and existing documentation of all reports.
- Develope protocols for data processing.
- Create complex query definitions that allow data to be extracted from SQL databases.
- Improve data flow mechanism for current cash and data analytics by improving and introducing more efficient means of data transfers mechanisms.
- Identify trends & patterns in the data and reports.
- Train, develop and support the Data Team.
- Undertake management administrative duties.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure effective and efficient ways of working cross-departmentally.

**System knowlededge and experience required**:

- SQL - Understanding of structured query language
- Excel
- PowerBI
- Knowledge and understanding of VBA
- SSRS and SSIS
- R Programming and/or Python will be a plus
- Knowledge of 'relational database management systems’ (RDBMS), 'object-oriented database management systems’ (OODBMS) and XML database management systems
- Azure Cloud
- Strong verbal and written skills and a confident communicator with clients
- Attentional to detail
- Management or leadership experience
