**More about your role**
Apprentices across Places for People join our Skills Academy. Places for People Skills Academy is a two-year supported programme that welcomes apprenticeships into all areas of the organisation at any level. Alongside your professional qualification, you will benefit from a structured learning and development programme focusing on developing skills, knowledge and behaviours.
Every apprentice will begin their learning straight away - on and off the job.
Learners will receive a full induction, monthly 1-2-1s, a digital workbook delivered on our online learning platform, cohort learning and senior-led learning activities. This will include you getting together with other apprentices each year to complete our cohort challenge.
Our apprenticeship development programmes are underpinned by the values of the Skills Builder Partnership, with all our learners able to access their online skills assessment and learning tools.
As part of your apprenticeship you will be enrolled onto one of our professional qualification courses, delivered by our expert training providers. All of our providers are Ofsted inspected and have regular reviews to make sure they supporting our learners.

**The benefits**
You'll join The Places for People Skills Academy, our apprenticeship development programme. Learning whilst earning, the programme is designed to enhance your skills knowledge and behaviours over the two years.
You'll complete an apprenticeship qualification and access skills based training with our skills builder partnership. You'll learn a lot and quickly, you'll get exposure to our leaders and industry experts as well being connected to our early careers to support you throughout.
