Affordable Housing is embarking in an exciting people first journey and we want you to help support us on that journey

You will support managers within our Places Management business area comprising of circa 1000 colleagues who primarily work in trade and landscape roles. You will support managers with People issues, upskilling where appropriate and engendering a culture where managers manage. You will utilise data to identify trends and work collaboratively with the People Partner to develop solutions to reduce areas of risk. As part of your role, you will also carry out a number of wider People projects.

Our Affordable Housing business is currently undergoing transformational change, you will play an important part in supporting the People Partner and the business to deliver this change.

**More about you**

Ideally you will be CIPD level 3 qualified, or close to qualifying. We are looking for an individual who has strong ER experience and someone who is looking to build on their HR experience in an ever changing role. Knowledge of transformational change would be advantageous. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships, have great influencing skills, be able to operate in a pragmatic manner and are focussed on delivery.

We are flexible as to where you are based, however you will on occasion need to travel to visit sites across the UK. The People Team are based across the UK and therefore you must be comfortable with working in a remote team.
