**More about your role**

Places for People are currently going through a period of change, stripping back to basics andensuring that our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are currently recruiting for a Director of Service Quality who will lead the, design, development and delivery of our Homes Plus service quality framework and ensure that the voice of our customers informs our decisions.

As part of our Communities Senior Leadership Team, you will support delivery of the Homes Plus ‘Strategy on a Page'. You will play a key role in ensuring that we as a business have a national approach to service quality & will champion the deployment of new technology and innovation - ensuring that our customers receive an effortless service every time.

You will lead your team to deliver successful business outcomes, working closely with other SLT colleagues.

We are looking for applicants who have a true passion for creating communities where our customer can thrive You will be a ‘get things done' person who can engage and influence colleagues at all levels. You will have prior experience in a similar level role and will have a track record of delivering positive business results..

You will be customer focussed with strong experience of delivering sustainable business improvements, creating quality frameworks and strategies, and rolling these out in an operational service environment. You will have the ability to translate data and intelligence from a range of sources which will inform and drive business decisions.
