Our client is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a talented Head of CRM to help push the business forward They pride themselves on offering their customers the best value for money possible by keeping up with growing demands and new trends. With offices based in Buckinghamshire, you will be working flexi
- remote with c. 2 days a week in the office.
If you have expertise in transactional customer automation as well as a creative flair to develop CRM initiatives and marketing campaigns across all consumer touchpoints, we want to hear from you

**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the company’s CRM program
- Develop bespoke data capture capabilities and manage customer databases
- Work with internal teams to track and measure success of CRM activities
- Implement customer segmentation frameworks
- Devise cross-channel consumer automation journeys alongside A/B testing campaigns
- Ensuring CRM initiatives correspond with the overall marketing calendar
- Develop creative CRM templates
- Undergo regular database maintenance
- Timely and accurate reporting of campaigns
- Be the Assigned Data Protection Officer for the company (GDPR)
**Key Skills and Experience**
- Able to demonstrate previous successful CRM campaigns, automation projects, A/B testing designs, segmentation, and database management skills.
- Analytically minded with the ability to deep dive into data to truly understand the customer
- Experience of customer journey mapping, convergence and improvement plans
- Project management experience - commercially adept
- Entrepreneurial individual - thrives in a dynamic environment and loves to get stuck in
- Prior experience using analytics tools (ie. Google Analytics) (essential)
