**Job objectives and responsibilities**

Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will join a community of strong marketers each covering key disciplines of marketing. You be part of a small but hardworking team of marketers who will support you in executing your vision as well as drawing on expertise of marketing colleagues from across the team. You will work in collaboration with the other marketing specialists and their teams to deliver outstanding campaign work that breaks the mould on what our industry has seen before.

**Main Duties**:

- Data segmentation, persona development and user journey analysis
- Manage Mitie's Marketing automation system including the technology roadmap and integration into CRM
- Optimise lead scoring models
- Support the Digital Marketing team with paid digital marketing and social media initiatives
- Provides accurate digital reports and analysis to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)
- Monitor and optimise digital campaigns
- Keep up to date with current digital trends and marketing technology

**Person Specification**
- Marketing Digital Qualification
- Atleast 2-3 years' experience in Digital Marketing
- Knowledge and experience of using Marketing Automation Hubspot, CRM, Social Media Software systems and Google Analytics is preferred
- Broad knowledge and understanding of digital communication activities
- Good project management skills
- Excellent personal effectiveness, managing and prioritising own workload and delivering on all commitments
- Ability to make things happen and to genuinely deliver at pace
- A positive energy, collaborating and connecting with people from across the business
- Proactive and output orientated
- High attention to detail
