The role of the Compliance and Funding Administrator is to support the Senior Compliance and Funding Officer with the smooth running of the PDR Apprenticeship team.

You will be providing support to the Senior Compliance and Funding Officer across a range of apprenticeships, you will provide administrative support to ensure apprenticeship provision is fully compliant with funding and regulatory bodies, contributing to the smooth running of apprenticeship operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with data collection and processing of apprentice records.
- Supporting with the creating of monthly reports
- Supporting the creation of Apprenticeship Programme training
- Keeping up to date with ESFA and OFSTED requirements for Apprenticeships
- Attending meetings for Apprenticeships and wider Talent Development team Attending Compliance meetings, minute taking/recording of meetings
- Supporting the Senior Compliance and Funding Officer with daily, weekly and monthly tasks as required
- Support Senior Compliance and Funding Officer with MIS, E-Portfolio, Functional Skills, EPAO within accredited centre and apprenticeship levy account.
- Support the Senior Compliance and Funding Officer with OFSTED/ESFA visits/Audits.
- Support the Senior Compliance and Funding Officer with conducting internal Audits on Apprenticeship team.
- Support the Senior Compliance and Funding Officer in SAR/QIP reporting
- To complete any business related tasks as required by the business to assist in the smooth running of both the Apprenticeship and wider Talent Development Team

Required
- Needs to be organised, adaptable to and promotes change.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, together with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workloads effectively
- Competent with Microsoft Office

IIdeal
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards, Apprenticeship Levy and MIS(PICS)
- Knowledge of CAVA, Padlet, Jam board
- Maths and English GCSE- level 4 and above or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
