**About the role**:
An award-winning North East Law Firm with national presence are looking to add to their Compliance team in their Newcastle office. This is initially on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday with hybrid working available.
As a Compliance Administrator, you will need to be proactive, self-motivated and organised, and be an experienced Administrator with a legal or professional services background.
About the role:
- You will provide admin support for the risk and compliance department including general admin duties such as photocopying, filing, organising meetings, and minute taking
- Check new client details including ID documents
- Support with Data Subject Access Requests
- Manage compliance inbox and make sure all enquiries are up to date
- Support with information security incidents and data breach logging and KPI reporting
- Manage client info on the CRM
About you:
- Experienced administrator having worked within Professional Services or Legal Sectors
- Professional, confident and inquisitive
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiar with IT packages including MS Office, software and hardware
