Our Community Care Officers are multi-skilled and provide a wide range of interventions including community reablement, provision of equipment and adaptations and overseeing promoting independence work. Our teams are highly supportive, utilising regular huddle meetings to discuss casework and share knowledge & expertise. We also operate a buddy system to ensure that staff are well supported, alongside coaching & supervision from our highly skilled seniors. We are also developing team champions to further build on our expertise. We work with people of all ages and across all service areas.
