We are recruiting for our client based in Twickenham for an Administrator, you will be a key member of the team and will be working closely with one of the Associate Directors.

You will be contributing to the business by providing your support where needed.
- Keeping documents up to date
- Reviewing tender documents & make-up tender file
- Developing relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Liaising with different sites
- Re branding documents when needed
- Be able to create Pivot tables and V look ups
- Collating documents
- Archiving documentation

About you:
Strong Administration skills
Self-starter
Computer literate especially on Word and Excel
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Administration how ever would consider a graduate
Ability to liaise and work with clients and members of the public
A confident communicator with good customer service skills
Ability to manage and priorities workload
Ability to work to tight deadlines
