**About the Role**: We are recruiting for an interesting, exciting and varied Project Administrator position on a temporary contract. Full training will be provided with ongoing support.
You will be an essential part of the support function for the project with regular meetings within modern offices commutable from Milton Keynes, Northampton and Buckingham. You will be acting as the direct point of contact for Project Managers, Engineers,Internal Stakeholders and Site Managers, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and finance admin support.
You will be providing excellent customer service and will be responsible for booking all travel and hotel requests for the team, organising training courses and workshops, raising purchase orders, ordering of spare parts, order acknowledgments, creatingand issuing invoices, receipting purchase invoices, processing back charges, purchase and sales credits and customs clearing. You will also maintain databases and archiving of records.
**Requirements**: We are seeking an organised and pro-active individual with good IT skills (experience of Navision would be advantageous). You should have good attention to detail and have excellent stakeholder/customer service skills. Therole may require occasional travel, so a current driving license and your own transport would be an advantage.
