Contracts Administrator

An expanding regional construction and building services company specialising in maintenance, repairs and fit outs. Are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to help support their rapidly growing team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;
- Health & Safety
- Creation of RAMs for all clients from database
- Client updates (Labour bookings / Site Access / RAMS)
- Material Orders
- Training schedule tracking & arrange renewals
- Administration for Contracts Managers
- Working with Contracts manager to improve RAMs and client satisfaction
- Managing and updating our live works App
- Creating certificates for completed works
- Tracking project costs and variations
- Stationary orders
- Raising quotes and orders
- Ordering of materials
- Allocating labour for projects
- Holiday/Absence tracking
Experience required:
- Ability to cope with pressure
- You must have the desire to consistently deliver, exceed targets and build relationships
- Experience working with schedules, liaising with contractors and subcontractors, but not essential
- Proven track record of being able to organise and priorities
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Good written and verbal communication
- The ability to foresee issues and highlight those as a risk
**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
