**Role: Administrator**
**Salary: £28000 - £32,000 per annum**
**Contract: Permanent, Full time**
**Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire**
**Main Duties for Administrator**:
- **Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and met.**:
- **Workflow Management: Efficiently organize and prioritize client-related tasks, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of projects.**:
- **Problem Resolution: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, fostering positive relationships.**:
- **Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, and relevant documentation to ensure a comprehensive and organized information system.**:
- **Meetings Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings, both internal and external, ensuring smooth logistics and necessary preparations.**:
- **Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze client performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.**:
- **Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive initial experience.**:
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a unified approach in meeting client needs and objectives.**:
- **Client Feedback Management: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall client experience.**:
- **Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions, promoting a consistent and high-quality standard of service.**
**Experience required for Administrator**:
- **Confident Communicator: Proficient in in-person, telephone, and written communication, with a reliable and confident demeanor.**:
- **Administrative Proficiency: Experienced in administration and secretarial tasks, with audio typing skills as a bonus.**:
- **Tech-Enabled: Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, and Teams, adept at leveraging technology for efficiency.**:
- **Service Excellence Advocate: Passionate about delivering excellent service, building rapport with clients, and understanding the role deeply.**:
- **Initiative and Teamwork: Proven ability to work independently in dynamic environments while being a collaborative team player.**:
- **Pressure-Proof and Methodical: Maintains composure under pressure, with a methodical and organized approach to tasks.**
